We restore your photo by hand, then send the restored image back to you to approve, along with exactly where your words will sit. Nothing goes to the printer until you are happy with both. Then we print it as a 3D Moment: your photo in thousands of paper-thin layers that come to life when the sun passes through.
How restoration works
- Send us the photo. Upload it as it is, damage and all. A phone snap of an old print is fine.
- We restore it by hand. Fading, creases, scratches, missing corners and colour, brought back.
- You approve it. We send the restored image and your word placement for you to confirm. Changes are welcome.
- Then we print. Only once you are happy. Dispatched in 2 to 3 days with AusPost tracking after printing. During busy periods please allow up to two weeks to print.
What it costs
Full restoration is included in the price, $29.95 on top of any size: Small $79.95, Medium $104.95, Large $128.95. Free shipping over $99, otherwise $9.95 flat, and Large prints always ship free.
A little bonus: once your photo is restored, we email you the restored digital image too, yours to keep, reprint and share with family. The restoration lives on well beyond the print.

Given the print time, orders generally take 3 days to print and process, all orders upon completion are then sent free, Express Post with tracking via Australia Post.
Returns
Once your order is confirmed and printing has commenced we cannot offer any returns as each item is unique and custom made to order. Only returns with quality or print errors can be accepted.

- Above sizes for landscape images are measured in height, for portrait images measured in width.
- We may crop photographs to maximise the focus and size of your 3D Moment but all will be conformed prior to printing.

3D Moments are very tough... That is unless you expose them to temperatures higher than 60 °C or 140 °F - so please dont do that 😅

Please ensure the photo uploaded is high quality and the subject is in focus. This will give a beautiful and high quality 3D Moment result.
Photographs that are blurred or low quality will product a low quality print.

What is a 3D Moment?
- A 3D Moment is your photograph printed in thousands of layers, each just 0.1mm thick. The right amount of light passes through every layer, and the picture comes to life. 📷
- Place it on a windowsill. Sunrise wakes it, and sunset lays it gently to rest. 🌅
- Each piece takes 12 to 34 hours to craft on a 3D printer, then it is hand-checked against the light before it ships.
- Recycled PLA, solar-powered printers, and natural sunlight for the glow. No cords, no batteries. ♻️

Will my photo work?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces or subjects fill the frame work best. Every photo is checked by a real person before printing, and if yours won't print well we'll tell you and help you pick another.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each 3D Moment is printed to order over 12 to 34 hours, then dispatched within 2 to 3 business days with AusPost tracking. Most of Australia sees theirs within the week.
What if it doesn't do the photo justice?
We print it again, free. That's our promise. If something about your Moment isn't right, reply to your order email and we'll sort it.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.95 flat, Australia-wide, and free on any order over $99. Large prints always ship free.
Does it need power or batteries?
No. Natural light does everything: a windowsill is perfect. In the evening it also glows beautifully in front of a lamp or fairy lights.
Can I design my own layout?
Yes. Choose a name, a date, or no words at all. Or design your own image with your own text and upload the finished file. One rule: any text must be pure white, so it glows when the light comes through. We check every design before it prints.
