Made to order, then made to travel

Every 3D Moment is printed to order. A single piece takes 12 to 36 hours of printing, and every print is checked against the light by hand before it is packed. Please allow up to two weeks for production during busy periods. We would always rather take the time to get your Moment right than rush it out the door.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Australian delivery

Need it sooner? Priority Processing at checkout moves your order to the front of the print queue. It shortens the production wait but is not a guaranteed delivery date, so for a firm occasion please order early and choose Express Post.

International delivery

We ship worldwide with tracking for a flat $19.95 AUD. International delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch depending on the destination. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Packaging

Each 3D Moment ships in a fitted protective box. If you would like it gift-ready, add Gift Wrapping or a handwritten Custom Card at checkout.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout; we print and post to exactly what you enter. If you spot an address mistake, email admin@3dmoments.co as soon as possible and we will fix it if the order has not yet shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent, and we may ask you to cover the re-postage.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it has gone missing, contact admin@3dmoments.co and we will make it right: see our Refund Policy for exactly how that works.
