Each 3D Moment is printed to order, and a single print takes 12 to 36 hours on its own. During busy periods please allow up to two weeks to produce your print, plus about a week for postage within Australia. In a hurry? We offer prioritised printing, but please still allow up to two weeks plus a week for post. We would always rather take the time to get it right.

Yes. When you upload your photo you can add a name, a date or a few words and place them right on the piece, or leave it blank for no text at all. Any text prints pure white, so it glows brightest when the light comes through.

Yes. Our Restored 3D Moment brings back faded, torn or water-damaged photos by hand. We send you the restored image to approve before anything prints, and email you the restored photo to keep as a bonus.

We print it again, free. That's our promise. If something about your Moment isn't right, reply to your order email and we'll sort it.

No. Natural light does everything: a windowsill is perfect. In the evening it also glows beautifully in front of a lamp or fairy lights.

Wipe it gently with a dry, soft cloth. Keep it away from heat sources like ovens and out of a hot car. Daylight through a window is all it needs.
