A 3D Moment is a photograph printed in thousands of layers, each just 0.1mm thick, that comes to life when light passes through it. Handy with your phone or a design app? Create your own layout, photo plus name and any arrangement you like, and upload the finished image. One rule: any words or text must be pure white. White prints as the thinnest layer, which lets the most light through, so white text glows bright and readable when the sun hits it. We hand-check every file before printing and will flag anything that won't work.

- Order and upload your photo. Choose the photo that feels most like them. Clear, well-lit photos work best; if you are not sure, send your favourite and we will check it for you.
- We hand-check and craft it. A real person reviews every photo before printing. Your 3D Moment takes 12 to 34 hours to print, then it is quality-checked against the light.
- It arrives ready for the window. Dispatched in 2 to 3 days with AusPost tracking. During busy periods please allow up to two weeks to print. Free shipping over $99, otherwise $9.95 flat, and Large prints always ship free.

A quiet note
Some 3D Moments are made for remembering a person, some for a best mate with a wagging tail, and some for a spot in the sun that still belongs to them. However you use yours, it is made slowly, checked by hand, and sent with care.

Given the print time, orders generally take 3 days to print and process, all orders upon completion are then sent free, Express Post with tracking via Australia Post.
Returns
Once your order is confirmed and printing has commenced we cannot offer any returns as each item is unique and custom made to order. Only returns with quality or print errors can be accepted.

- We may crop photographs to maximise the focus and size of your 3D Moment but all will be conformed prior to printing.

3D Moments are very tough... That is unless you expose them to temperatures higher than 60 °C or 140 °F - so please dont do that 😅

Photographs that are blurred or low quality will product a low quality print.

Will my photo work?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces or subjects fill the frame work best. Every photo is checked by a real person before printing, and if yours won't print well we'll tell you and help you pick another.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each 3D Moment is printed to order over 12 to 34 hours, then dispatched within 2 to 3 business days with AusPost tracking. Most of Australia sees theirs within the week.
What if it doesn't do the photo justice?
We print it again, free. That's our promise. If something about your Moment isn't right, reply to your order email and we'll sort it.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.95 flat, Australia-wide, and free on any order over $99. Large prints always ship free.
Does it need power or batteries?
No. Natural light does everything: a windowsill is perfect. In the evening it also glows beautifully in front of a lamp or fairy lights.
Can I design my own layout?
Yes. Choose a name, a date, or no words at all. Or design your own image with your own text and upload the finished file. One rule: any text must be pure white, so it glows when the light comes through. We check every design before it prints.
