Each 3D Moment takes between 12 - 34 hours to be physically created on a 3D Printer. They are created with 1000's of layers that are only 0.1mm thick, which lets the correct amount of light through to make it look so alive. ⏳
Your unique 3D moment will be made from environmentally friendly PLA plastic (3D Ink) ♻️

Please upload your photo and put the words or phrase you would like in the order notes. To maximise your 3DM, we may crop the image to focus on the main people/animals/subjects within, prior to the print commencing we will require final confirmation via email from you.

Given the print time, orders generally take 3 days to print and process, all orders upon completion are then sent free, Express Post with tracking via Australia Post.
Returns
Once your order is confirmed and printing has commenced we cannot offer any returns as each item is unique and custom made to order. Only returns with quality or print errors can be accepted.

- Above sizes for landscape images are measured in height, for portrait images measured in width.
- We may crop photographs to maximase the focus and size of your 3D Moment but all will be conformed prior to printing .

3D Moments are very tough... That is unless you expose them to temperatures higher than 60 °C or 140 °F - so please dont do that 😅

Please ensure the photo uploaded is high quality and the subject is in focus. This will give a beautiful and high quality 3D Moment result.
Photographs that are blurred or low quality will product a low quality print.
